This yoga retreat is suitable for practitioners of all backgrounds and proficiency. Our main focus will be on relaxing, decompressing, and nourishing the body, heart, and spirit. 




Jungle National Wildlife Reserve

You will wake to the sound of waves, make your way a few steps away to a beautiful open-air yoga palapa for morning practice then float to a delicious brunch with ocean views after which you can restore yourself on the beach, in the ocean, in the pool, or with a replenishing spa treatment. Optional excursions include snorkeling, paddle boarding, exploring the phenomenal jungle national wildlife reserve, and visiting Mayan ruins.

6 - 7am: Optional Morning Meditation

7am: Light Breakfast Snack Available

8 - 10am: Main Daily Yoga Practice

10am: Brunch
Free time for relaxing, swimming, spa treatments, excursions.

3pm: Light Afternoon Snack Available

4 - 6pm: Afternoon yoga / meditation workshop on non-excursion days.

6pm: Dinner

8-9 pm: Evening relaxation, restorative yoga, kirtan, free time.
